There really is no other way to say it - Catholics stop too soon when they evangelize. In fact, I might call it the fatal flaw of Catholics who evangelize. Here is what I have noticed when I witness Catholics evangelizing:
Have you ever entered a half-empty Catholic Church, before Mass starts, and yet struggled to find an easily-accessed seat? It is a common phenomenon, because most Catholics sit at the end of pews. Whether it is intended or not, it tells others who come looking for a seat, "you are not welcome in this pew." This is a mark of Catholic parish culture.
Many will react to such evil and injustice with anger, frustration, sadness, and sometimes fear. These emotions are only natural. When we look into the face of evil, we shouldn’t be happy about it. Yet, we are still called to have a different reaction than those who aren’t Christian. Let me explain.
